SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a fresh water shower into transition #1
BIKE 15 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida's beautiful "Nature Coast"
RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 and 2

Packets:You can pick up you Race Packet before the race beginning at 6:30a.m. on Race Day ONLY. There is no pre-race packet pickup available.
