The Jacksonville Sprint Triathlon Series was launched in 2005. This will be our fifth season and we have grown to over 400 athletes per event. To accommodate the athletes, the Sprint #1 & #3 race site has been moved from Little Talbot Island State Park to Main Beach Park in Fernandina Beach, just 16.5 miles North of Little Talbot.

As an alternate site for the Jacksonville Sprint Triathlon Series, Peter's Point was selected for it's location and accomodations. The home of the Jax Tri Sprint #2 race site is on South Fletcher Ave, just 5 miles South of Main Beach in Fernandina and 11.5 miles North of Little Talbot.
